If you do fail to find any clue, I would suggest you simple your project as far as possible and then share the project so we could use it to try to reproduce your issue. Its function part by part to check if specific function cause the issue. I would suggest you create a new add-in to rebuild the add-in part by part or back up the add-in and removed I think the issue should be related to your design in the current add-in. Second, since you could not replicate the scenario using a simple add-in. ![]() You could try to repair your office or try to test the add-in on other PC with Excel 2013/2016.
